I’m a wordpress beginner. Should I do some learning beforehand in order to get the most out of training?
Training people is always different and based on what the individual wants and needs. When you schedule your first training session, make sure to ask me about what you can do to prepare. However, no advanced preparation is needed and I will be ready for you! Depending on your learning style, it might be beneficial for you to take some time before our first meeting to explore WordPress on your own. This way, you can come to our training with specific questions or areas that you want to focus on. However, if you prefer a more hands-on approach, we can dive right in during our training sessions. Either way, I am confident that i can tailor the training to your needs and ensure that you get the most out of it.
Will we work in our existing website?
If you already have a website, we can get right into it. This way, we can focus on the unique challenges, theme, and plugins for your website. If you don’t have a website, we can build one from scratch together. This includes everything from buying a host and installing WordPress to choosing a theme and customizing plugins. No matter what your needs are, we can work together to create a website that meets your goals.
Do you have printed materials to give me/us before the class?
if you are attending a SEO training You will receive some templates to use for your SEO strategy planning.for WordPress training you will get a few printed material to get you started . , but this is a hands-on course where you will get the most benefit from actively participating. Be prepared to take lots of notes! Due to the custom nature of our work, i am quick on our feet and do not work from a pre-made outline. And, while i have plenty of direction to give, i focus on your specific goals and challenges so that you can get the most out of the class.
Can you help me figure out my eCommerce website?
If you’re running an eCommerce website, it’s important to have a good grasp of WordPress. After all, you’ll be working in your website on a daily basis. I’m highly experienced with the WooCommerce plugin and WooCommerce extensions, so I can help you navigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose your ecommerce website. As part of your ecommerce business, having a well- functioning website is crucial. I can help you make sure that your website is running smoothly and efficiently
Can i finish the website I've started and launch it? (make it go live?)
That depends upon what you mean by ‘finish’. but the goal is to prepare you to finish your site on your own. You will certainly be prepared to complete and launch your website independently. after the training i i provide my students with 30 days of support i will answer any question you might have related to the course material or anything else you need help with related to web design or launching your website.
